Mr Anoop Errabelli, with close to a decade of experience in the education industry, is a name creating waves in the education industry with his modern approach to learning and the implementation of effective strategies to execute them. An MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and B.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) from VIT University, Tamil Nadu, Mr Anoop is ever so passionate to create a strong educational foundation for the children. From his days as a young student, he envisioned creating quality-learning spaces for children, and now he has made the dream possible through Skill Stork International School.

Mrs Sonal Nichat grew up getting inspired by this lyric and believed World as one global community. She comes with a rich experience of 21 years in the field of education holding B.A., in English and Social Science (SNDT) as her core subjects, followed by B.Ed, M.Ed. (University of Mumbai). Her career spans over a considerable period in various capacities with many milestones to her credit. Having worked for different boards viz., CBSE, Cambridge, ICSE and IB, she easily brings together the blend of all sound academic achievements with an extensive, vibrant co-curricular programme. Mrs Sonal has groomed students to build their overall personality to be successful in any future opportunities or endeavours in life and grow as responsible, resilient and confident young adults and eventually become productive members of the world community.

Message: Education is a driving force behind the constantly evolving world and this evolution is constantly changing goals, methods and outcomes of our educational system. Developing our children and pupils to embrace and adopt to this change as parents and teacher is key objective.

Mahatma Gandhi emphasized the significance of adopting and adapting to change when he implored “Be the change you want to see in others”.

Our world is changing at an unprecedented pace. Our educational foundation needs to enable our pupils to be able adapt to this paradigm shift and equip them to with knowledge and skills for the 21st Century.

How do we prepare our children for the future ? If we look 20 years back, access to information was the most important aspect of education, but today in a post-Google world everybody has equal access to information. Digital has changed the way we live and also the type of jobs and skills required for them. Today our youngsters no longer only compete for jobs in Hyderabad and Bangalore but for jobs in New York and London.

How do we predict the skills required for our pupils 20 years hence ? Educational Institutes bridge the gap between the old and the new times by imparting knowledge, instilling required expertise and building those personality trait skills. It is so aptly said that “Teachers are the catalyst of change in our society”

We find great pleasure to inform you that our school is the first school in Warangal to provide the International Baccalaureate’s Primary Years Program (For 3 to 12 years age group). The IB has a presence in over 150 countries throughout the world. The IB’s inquiry led, transdisciplinary framework , enforces its learners to be independent and take responsibility for the learning as they explore local and global issues and opportunities in real life contexts.

We through the IB Program would also like to promote intercultural understanding and respect as an essential part of life-long learning.

Message: Education is not a tool to acquire certificates but also knowledge that is united with values of life. As educators, it's our responsibility to make the inner as well as outer world better as it's a foundation of society's quality and happiness too. Education is the prime factor of a country's culture that can create remarkable history. Intelligent quotient is definitely important and that is required to be enhanced but when intelligent quotient is embedded in the essence of emotional quotient, education becomes the source of harmony and students of education get transformed into the learners of life who can learn and pass on the knowledge. This can be the imperial purpose of whole education. Eventually, success becomes alive if it can be passed on from one generation to another.
